Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Plumbing 405 ("we," "our," or "us") collects information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name, phone number, and email address when you contact us or submit a quote request
  • Service address and plumbing issue details
  • Payment information (processed securely through our payment processor)
  • Communications you send us via phone, email, chat, or online forms

We may also automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and perform plumbing services at your location
  • Communicate with you about appointments, quotes, and your service
  • Send service reminders and follow-up communications
  • Process payments and maintain billing records
  • Improve our website and services
  • Send promotional offers (only with your consent; you may opt out at any time)
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only with:

  • Service providers who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business (subject to confidentiality agreements)
  • Payment processors for billing purposes
  • Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law
  • Other parties with your explicit consent

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL encryption for all data transmitted through our website. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. SMS / Text Message Communications

Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. If you separately opt in, we may send request acknowledgements, appointment confirmations and service updates by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Marketing messages require separate consent.

Website and Phone AI Receptionist

Appointment photos and travel updates

After confirmation, you may voluntarily send photos or videos of the issue. These files, including any audio in uploaded videos, are stored privately as part of the service request and can be viewed by you, authorized executives and the assigned service partner. Text-message attachments are also processed by the phone carrier and Plivo. Uploads are optional; do not approach flooding, electricity or a gas leak to take a picture. Partners share their location only when they choose to start an on-the-way update. The assigned customer and authorized team can view that position; sharing stops on arrival, completion or cancellation. Browser location updates may pause in the background, so the app displays the last update time. Contact us about access or deletion requests.

If you choose to start a website voice conversation or call our connected AI phone line, your speech is processed by xAI to provide the Grok receptionist. Plivo carries telephone calls and recognizes your spoken agreement after the opening disclosure, before conversation audio is sent to Grok. No keypad action is required. Phone audio is recorded only after you agree to recording and transcription. Recordings are copied to private app storage and removed from Plivo after that copy succeeds. Authorized executives and your assigned service staff may review recordings, transcripts, call information and job details to handle your request. Website voice sessions save transcripts but not audio recordings. With your acknowledgement, relevant request details may be shared with an independent service provider. Agreeing to an AI conversation does not opt you into texts, marketing or automated outbound calls. Appointment confirmation is separate: a website confirmation button, or your clear verbal agreement after the phone receptionist reads back the appointment details. You may end the conversation or use the written contact form instead. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your recordings.
